Starlight teacherさんへのお返事です。
I wanna express my appreciation for your quick reponse to my previous quetion.
Qualification of teacher's skill by a student would be theoretically very important as you said . But it's easy to say hard to do. We don't have any optional teachers now as you fully noticed. Then, to touch on that of Robert, I, may be not only I, came to realize that his skill and tactics to teach us English, of which he is proud, don't work effectively. I guess, it's due to his sense of anachronism. In other words, he sometimes looks like a dinosaur. He doesn't like to interact faithfully with students, it's not English problem but it's due to the fundamental lack of empathy of him to "learn ,or at least feel, from the student who has something contemporalily new for Robert even their English skill are still poor". Furthermore, Robert is always showy to speak out his self-satisfactory things in his glorious? past. By the way, in accordance with the guidance of SLEC, IDS(Intensive Discussion Session) class had been newly set up this year. It used be so nice news for us. But I have never heard of that the class was repeatedly held on . Many students seeking "rather" higher skill to favour the communicative English are likely to dissapoint at this negative out-put and we uselessly managed to be patient in the class. If Robert were much nicer expert to teach and attract the new and intentional students, the positive reputation on him could be significant leverage of SLEC to attract a lot of new students as customer. But ,as time went by, his exclusive status as the sole teacher with no altenate inclined to close the door in fromt of us to meet facsinating new friends. It was, needless to say, a vicious circle with a negative chain reaction. AbyKyokan.
