Thanks for the advice on where to go to get advice. Actually what they will tell you is "Go to the small claims court and make a claim." And we have. And every time...in the end, two or three months later the court rules for Starlight to pay. Usually Yonezawa says "Oh we have no money! Please let us pay in installments." So we wait another one or two months. In the mean time we are suffering with no money to live!
BUT Starlight is allowed to continue to do the same thing to the next new teacher! And so on and so on...which they have done for eight or nine years! And only the teachers who know about the small claims court or who have the courage to take such action, get paid!
WHEN IS IT GOING TO STOP?
The same thing happens to the students and only a few students go to the consumer bureau and complain and again this allows Yonezawa and her Nakano- Colnel Saunders look alike to continue. PLEASE GO AND ASK for your money back!!! the less money they have to survive then the less they will be able to decieve people. And then maybe they will stop! We have to keep pushing!!!
