  予定通りに開講されていないことを、消費者センターや、消費者庁に言うのはどうでしょうか？それで、スターライトイングリッシュクラブが改善してくれることを願うばかりです。

  I taught for STEC in 2001. They starting out paying me monthly. Then every two months. Then every three months. I got out fast. Certain small English schools in Japan are linked (in the background) to the Yakuza. It`s common knowledge. STEC is very bad luck. Stay away from them. 中野、外国人虐めはもういい加減にして足を洗った方がいいんじゃない。

  Well as soon as G-Sensei & J Sensei see they are NOT going to get paid and they starts court hearings then you will have Robert all over again on his own..unless he dies before then! And although this might sound very cold the reality of it is he is working too much and it will inevitably kill him! UNLESS STEC decided to properly pay him - but they don't care! Do you YONEZAWA & NAKANO as long as you have money to live you don't care about anyone?

DO YOU STUDENTS WANT TO BE A STUDENT OF A SCHOOL LIKE THIS? DO YOU? WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO START TO STRONGLY PUSH STEC? WHEN? THE TEACHERS ARE TRYING THEIR BEST but we need you too to make an effort!

  寄らば大樹の陰とばかり入会してみた非営利らしい巨木？英会話スクールは数年前はともかく、厚顔無恥なCharisma経営者による、とんだ“虚”木サークルにて候と後悔してみても、今更なす術なし。

孤軍奮闘、建設的な意見を進言・建策してくださっていたkeroro氏はいずこへ？次のステップに皆で進むとの計画はいかに？
以前幅をきかせし“長老”殿もそれがし同様、終始傍観かな。


“今回の”、講師も間もなく去り、残るは長老Ｒ本郷氏のみとなるのであろうか？

すぐに年末年始休講期間に突入の予感。

  Hello Glen,

Yes, it's true STEC IS watching this group! But they now will not pay unless you take them to the smnall claims courts. ONLY then do they pay..other teachers who do not have the courage or any assistance from friends or students never get paid! DO THEY YONEZAWA!!!!

Also STUDENTS ...PLEEEEEEASE help the teachers by taking them to these places you adfvise. AND ALSO --- YOU YOURSELVES...go to your local Ku (ward) or Shi (city) and complain about STEC stealing your money and not giving you your lessons as they advertise! It is ILLEGAL! And is a CRIMINAL ACT!

  どうか、働いてくださった先生方のために給与を支払ってください。こんなことが続くと、外交問題になってしまうのではないかと気をもんでいます。先生方へアドバイスですが、外国人の方の労働問題を扱うゼネラルユニオンという機関があります。そちらにこの問題を相談なさってはどうでしょうか。講師の方々に給与が支払われることを願っています。  

About legal actions

  A Japanese teacher and I tried to start a legal case against Starlight to claim money from them in 2005.  Tokyo District Court said that taking the matter to the court wouldn't bring about a solution to this case as they (Starlight) wouldn't possess sufficient property as a guarantee.  We were suggested to consult the Labor Standards Inspection Office in Shinjuku, which advice we followed.
I'd better not tell you all the details here, as I'm sure the Starlight people are keeping their eyes on us, but I tell you that we were able to collect the money they owed to us.  That's all I can say now.

  Glen,

When were you working for them? Did you get paid? Or what happened?

Let us know ...it only adds proof for the students to ALL see!

But the good news is that nearly 20 teachers in the last year have taken Starlight's Yonezawa/Suzuki to court to get paid and EVERYONE has won sometimes with Yonezawa having to pay penalities for late pay. Only two weeks ago there were three teachers who took her to court on the same day! And they all won!

But still there are teachers who have NOT been paid one who is owed MILLIONS! And another who is working for them named G-sensei who believes he is going to get paid and he is NOT! They theoretically have NOT got the money to pay him!
